Map Builder enhancements and noteworthy bug fixes
- Added a separate Help menu
- Added a Select All button in the top menu bar so that this capability can be available to users with touch devices (tablets).
- Works just like select-all via the keyboard
- Changed the selected node icons from image to css style or font based images:
- Made some improvements (fixed a few bugs) to the Bridge Map formatting
- so the border colors can be changed
- Undo functions properly for formatting changes
- Updated Flex Mode notification so users know that it cannot be undone
- Fixed Brace Map so that nodes span properly when large amounts of text are added
