How to delete multiple accounts

(Only Technology Facilitators and School Administrators are authorized to delete or alter account data)

From your Dashboard, click the Licenses tab

From the Student or Teacher row, click Actions button and select Users List.

  • To select ALL of the accounts displayed, click the checkbox at the very top, in the Header row
  • To select specific accounts click the checkbox to the far left of each name / account
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete Selected
  • NOTE: all data will be deleted, including training progress for Teacher accounts and map data for all accounts
  • NOTE: Contact Support for assistance if any users were deleted in error.
